We are Dominique & Anne Marie RUPPERT, a French couple from Alsace who have been living in the Valencia region for more than 20 years.
Like many others, we fell under the spell of this small Mediterranean seaside resort located in the north of the province of CASTELLON.
Considered as the pearl of COSTA AZAHAR, Alcossebre was first a summer resort destination for us, then we gradually became permanent residents.
The village quickly appeared to us as having become a popular destination & that there was a real demand for a "PREMIUM" rental market throughout the year.
This is why we have decided to invest from 2015 in apartments located only in the centre of Alcossebre, in the 1st line with a view of the sea.
Depending on the case, they have been totally or partially renovated under the supervision of my wife Anne Marie who is a decorator at her time.
Our objective is to offer to a demanding clientele who want to have a pleasant stay & without unpleasant surprises, services clearly positioned in the top-of-the-range segment.

Alcossebre is a small city sheltered between the sea and the mountains, wrapped around its coves and beaches.Surrounded by two preserved natural areas, SIERRA IRTA in the north and CAPICORB in the south, the village is resolutely oriented towards nature-oriented tourism.Alcossebre, thus bordered by the sea, the mountains & protected natural parks does not allow a rapid urbanization, thus preserving its picturesque charm.To leave the village, you have to start from where you arrived, so it is not a busy place to pass through.A paradise for hikers and cyclists (road as well as mountain bikes), Alcossebre also boasts a family tourism that is ideal for rest; there are no large real estate developments that too often disfigure the landscape & coastline in Spain.
So we are not here in a logic of mass tourismAlcossebre benefits from a magnificent marina literally set on the water which encourages the practice of water sports or the discovery of the COLUMBRETES islands, located a few kilometres offshore.There is no polluting industry around the village, since it is surrounded by the sea, mountains & natural parks.

We are the owners of these 3 magnificent apartments; we do not work for a real estate agency & so we rent directly to all our tenants.
We have carefully selected these apartments, especially for their location in the centre of the village. They are all 3 renovated & decorated in a resolutely modern style, in 1st line with sea view, well exposed, with a terrace, TV, wifi, air conditioning & heating, a garage,...
You don't need to bring anything from home, because we are used to welcoming tenants who come to Alcossebre for months at a time, so we have provided our apartments with all the necessary comfort & equipment to allow you to enjoy a holiday without problems or unpleasant surprises.
In order to maintain an optimal level of quality of services, we rent for a maximum of 4 people & do not accept pets, out of concern for cleanliness & respect for the other tenants.
Despite the fact that they have recently been renovated, we maintain our apartments, update them every year with care & carry out maintenance work during the low season if necessary.
Our priority objective is therefore not short-term profitability, which too often leads to drift, but the satisfaction of our tenants, many of whom become friends over time.
We do give preference to tenants who are satisfied with the services provided so that a relationship of mutual trust can be established.
We personally welcome all our tenants upon their arrival for the handing over of the keys & facilitate their installation & are also present at the departure.
We are available in case of need or problem of any kind, because we now live almost permanently in the village.
We attach great importance to the cleanliness that my wife Anne Marie personally checks between each rotation, so that all the tenants arrive in an impeccable apartment, in addition to being almost new & nicely decorated.
